Making an Impact for the Homeless Population of Orange County

Our region's unsheltered population has risen over the past several years, with homeless encampments springing up beneath overpasses, near abandoned buildings and along culverts. As cities cracked down on these encampments, surviving encampments swelled with new arrivals.
