Legal Aid Society of Orange County presents:
Let’s Talk About…
Putting on the Trial!
This presentation is designed to teach how to “put it all together” when you’ve done the discovery, you’ve formed your theories, you’ve concluded your research, the final Trial Brief is done and you are ready to put on the trial. How do you mark exhibits? How many should you have with you when you appear in court? Which is more important, opening statement or closing argument? Here is a chance to hear and question a skilled trial attorney and pick his brain for his forty years of experience. Come and ask questions.
Speaker will be:
Evan Lee Ginsburg, Attorney at law
