Legal Aid Society of Orange County presents:
Let’s Talk …
Foreclosures and Real Estate Owned Properties
From the viewpoint of the owner/realtor
Our speaker has been labeled as the “King of the Real Estate Foreclosures” on the front page of THE OC REGISTER, having been in the business as a foreclosure specialist for banks, investors, and other lenders who take back properties when the payments stop. Here is a chance to hear someone in the business give a different perspective of this litigious area of the law.
Questions will be encouraged.
Speaker will be Thomas Moon
Mr. Moon is the founder of Pacific Moon Real Estate, Incorporated, and a real estate specialist in gaining possession, then renovating properties for sale after foreclosure. He will share with us his knowledge, experiences and observations after years in this very specialized realty area.
Introduced by Commissioner Richard G. Vogl (Ret.)
