(MCLE) April 11, 2017 – Let’s Talk About…Entering the Default Judgment In the Family Law Courts

The Legal Aid Society of Orange County presents:

Let’s Talk About…

ENTERING THE DEFAULT JUDGMENT

In the family law courts

We are pleased to announce that two expert speakers from the Family Law Clerk’s office will make a presentation of the “do’s and don’t” of making application for the entry of a Default Judgment.  The latest rules, regulations, requirements and forms will be shown and discussed.  This is certainly a “must attend” for all offices which have ever had a “reject slip”  from the clerk’s office.  The speakers are well experienced and will end the session with plenty of time for “Questions and Answers”.  Come and have your previous frustrations resolved!

Speakers will be: Zeke Armenta, Program Coordinator/Specialist

Salvador Reynoso, Self Help Senior Attorney

(“Let’s Talk About…” is a series of classes sponsored by the Legal Aid Society of Orange County and led by Commissioner Vogl.  This series covers a variety of court issues and is for MCLE credit for lawyers, paralegals, judges and office staff.)
