Legal Aid Resources

The Health Consumer Action Center offers a variety of services to Orange County residents. Our goal is to help people get and keep access to health care services, including:

• Information about healthcare options and rights;
• Advice on how to pursue appeals and grievances;
• Individual Representation in health plan grievances and state administrative hearings;
• Training to Community Groups about how to help their members and clients get health care services;
• Written Materials about services available and rights under different health care programs;
• Referrals where appropriate, to other organizations with expertise with a particular program.
